1. General
Welcome to Frutetti! By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Ingredients and Allergens
Our products contain the following ingredients: Apple Juice, Sugar, Invert Sugar, Egg Whites (less than 2%), Agar Powder, Citric Acid, Vegetable Glycerin, Xanthan Gum, Cream of Tartar, Vitamin E, Natural & Artificial Colors and Flavors.
Contains: Egg.
If you have any allergies, please review the ingredients before purchasing.

3. Handmade Production and Processing Time
All of our products are handmade, and this process takes time. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and are shipped out as soon as the products are ready. Please be aware that handmade production may result in slight variations in appearance and texture.

4. Shipping
Once an order is placed expect 1-3 days of processing time. After that, your order will be delivered in under 2 days. We require priority shipment at checkout to keep our product fresh and customers satisfied.
However, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors, including carrier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Shipping
Our goal is to deliver our swirls fresh, therefore due to the prolonged delivery time, we do not ship internationally. 

5. No Returns or Refunds
Due to the small-batch and time-intensive nature of our production process, we do not offer returns. However, if there are any issues with your order, such as damage or incorrect items, please contact us immediately at support@frutetti.com so we can resolve the issue. Taste preferences are subjective, and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges based on personal taste (e.g., "I did not like the flavor"). We encourage customers to review the ingredients list before making a purchase.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Frutetti reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all future orders.
